The College of Humanities has given me a chance to see and better understand our purpose and interactions as humans in our world. The Donna Swaim Travel Award granted me the opportunity to start my worldly expedition in Europe and study the religions of Catholicism and Christianity.

The Robert A. Burns Fund
Established to honor the founder of the UA Religious Studies program, the fund is used to recruit and hire outstanding instructors and to support the Robert A. Burns Lecture Series.
Donna Swaim International Award for Religious Studies
Established to honor Professor Donna Swaim’s 50 years of teaching and service at the University of Arizona, the fund supports students pursuing Study Abroad projects in Religious Studies.
Arizona in India Study Abroad
This fund provides aid to students to participate in Arizona in India, a 5-week program where students travel to the South Indian state of Karnataka and discover the rich history and tradition of the region's religions.
The Fred and Barbara Borga Endowed Fund for Religious Studies
Gifts to this fund will support the Fred and Barbara Borga Health & Religion Lecture Series and the Fred and Barbara Borga Award for the Department of Religious Studies.
SILLC Global Award
The School of International Languages, Literatures, & Cultures offers the SILLC Global Award for study abroad to students majoring in any of the SILLC disciplines.
